Features & Benefits:

Expandable home backup powerA single DELTA Max unit packs a 2kWh capacity that is expandable up to 6kWh with DELTA Max smart extra batteries. This means when a blackout hits, you can continue to power your important home devices such as your fridge and lights for hours on end.

Convenient & fast dual charging - DELTA Max charges up safely and rapidly from 0-80% in just 65 minutes. And it gets even better. If you’re looking for an even faster way to charge up DELTA Max, you can combine AC with the smart generator to get up to 3400W, AC with solar to get up to 2600W, or the Smart Generator with solar to get up to 2600W.

Power 99% of your home's devices - With EcoFlow’s X-Boost technology, DELTA Max can power heavy-duty devices up to 3400W. That means during a power outage or blackout, you can continue to power your fridge, dryer, and more. That’s the industry gold standard for a portable power station of this size and capacity.

Harness the power of the sunDELTA Max connects with up to 2x 400W EcoFlow solar panels to deliver 800W Max solar charging speeds. With a voltage range from 11-100V and the MC4 connector, you can also connect other solar panels to your DELTA Max. Even during cold or cloudy days, our smart maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm automatically detects voltage and current in real time to give you optimum solar generation throughout the day.

Emergency backup power - Disasters can occur at any time of the year, sometimes lasting longer than we ever expected. When extended blackouts hit, the EcoFlow Smart Generator (extra battery) serves as an emergency option that integrates with DELTA Max. It auto-starts when your DELTA Max hits a low level of charge, recharges your DELTA Max, and stops the engine all by itself once your DELTA Max hits a full charge. This gives you a reliable emergency backup option that relies on minimum use of a generator.

Control, monitor, & manage your energy use - Control and monitor your DELTA Max with the EcoFlow app. Dive into the settings to customize your power use or control DELTA Max remotely.

What is Affirm?

Affirm is a financing alternative to credit cards and other credit-payment products. Affirm offers instant financing for online purchases to be paid in fixed monthly installments over 3, 6, or 12 months.

Why buy with Affirm?

  • Buy and receive your purchase right away, and pay for it over several months. This payment option allows you to split the price of your purchase into fixed payment amounts that fit your monthly budget.
  • If Affirm approves your loan, you'll see your loan terms before you make your purchase. See exactly how much you owe each month, the number of payments you must make, and the total amount of interest you'll pay over the course of the loan. There are no hidden fees.
  • The application process is secure and real-time. Affirm asks you for a few pieces of information. After you provide this information, Affirm notifies you of the loan amount that you're approved for, the interest rate, and the number of months that you have to pay off your loan -- all within seconds.
  • You don't need a credit card to make a purchase. Affirm lends to the merchant directly on your behalf.
  • You may be eligible for Affirm financing even if you don't have an extensive credit history. Affirm bases its loan decision not only on your credit score, but also on several other data points about you.
  • Affirm reminds you by email and SMS before your upcoming payment is due. Enable Autopay to schedule automatic monthly payments on your loan.

What is required to have an Affirm account?

To sign up for Affirm, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older (19 years or older in Alabama or if you're a ward of the state in Nebraska).
  • Not be a resident of Iowa (IA) or West Virginia (WV).
  • Provide a valid U.S. or APO/FPO/DPO home address.
  • Provide a valid U.S. mobile or VoIP number and agree to receive SMS text messages. The phone account must be registered in your name.
  • Provide your full name, email address, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your social security number to help us verify your identity.

How does Affirm work?

1. At checkout, choose Pay with Affirm.
2. Affirm prompts you to enter a few pieces of information: Name, email, mobile phone number, date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number. This information must be consistent and your own.
3. To ensure that you're the person making the purchase, Affirm sends a text message to your cell phone with a unique authorization code.
4. Enter the authorization code into the application form. Within a few seconds, Affirm notifies you of the loan amount you're approved for, the interest rate, and the number of months you have to pay off your loan. You have the option to pay off your loan over three, six, or twelve months. Affirm states the amount of your fixed, monthly payments and the total amount of interest you'll pay over the course of the loan.
5. To accept Affirm's financing offer, click Confirm Loan and you're done.

After your purchase, you'll receive monthly email and SMS reminders about your upcoming payments. You can also set up autopay to avoid missing a payment.  Your first monthly payment is due 30 days from the date that we (the merchant) processes your order.

How does Affirm approve borrowers for loans?

  • Affirm asks for a few pieces of personal information: Name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number.
  • Affirm verifies your identity with this information and makes an instant loan decision.
  • Affirm bases its loan decision not only on your credit score, but also on several other data points.  This means that you may be able to obtain financing from Affirm even if don't have an extensive credit history.

Does Affirm perform a credit check? Does it impact my credit score?

Although Affirm performs a credit check when you apply for a loan, this won't impact your credit score. However, if you're approved and decide to buy with Affirm, your loan and payments may affect your credit score.  Paying on time can help you build a positive credit history.

Why was I denied financing by Affirm?

The merchant has no information regarding a customer's financing denial. Affirm strives to offer all credit-worthy applicants financing with Affirm, but isn't able to offer credit in every case. Affirm will send you an email with more details about its decision. Unfortunately Affirm's decision is final.

Why was I asked to verify my identity?

If Affirm has difficulty confirming your identity, you may need to provide more information. Affirm uses modern technology to confirm your identity, including verifying your address or full SSN, or requesting a photo of your ID. Affirm takes these steps in some cases to counter fraud and provide the most accurate credit decision they can.

Why was I prompted to enter my income?

Affirm may sometimes need more information about your finances and your ability to repay in order to make a credit decision. Your income gives Affirm additional insight into your ability to repay.

Why was I prompted for my checking account?

Affirm may sometimes need more information about your finances and your ability to repay in order to make a credit decision. If you are prompted to link your checking account and would like to proceed, please provide the login information for your online bank account. Affirm does not store your online login credentials---they are transmitted securely to your bank.

If Affirm asks you to link your checking account, Affirm won't be able to offer you credit if:

  • Your bank is not listed
  • You choose not to link your checking account
    You don't use online banking
The username and / or password you provide is incorrect
*You're unable to successfully connect your checking account

Why is my bank not listed?

Although Affirm is continually adding support for additional banks, they aren't able to connect to every bank at the present time. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you're unable to connect your bank, you'll need to complete your purchase with another payment method.

Why was I prompted for a down payment?

Affirm isn't always able to offer credit for the full amount you request. In these cases, Affirm asks you to make a down payment with a debit card for the remainder of your purchase. The down payment amount can't be changed and must be made upon confirming your loan and before the loan offer expires.

Will I see how much interest I am paying prior to accepting my loan?

Yes! Affirm works hard to be completely transparent. You'll see the amount of interest you'll owe on the terms page and again on the loan confirmation page. If you pay off your loan early, you'll receive a rebate for any interest that hasn't yet accrued.

Why can't customers outside the U.S. use Affirm?

Affirm is available only to shoppers residing in the United States. Affirm hopes to expand its services to customers outside the U.S. in the future.

What are Affirm's fees?

The annual percentage rate (APR) on an Affirm loan ranges from 10% to 30%. Affirm discloses any required fees upfront before you make a purchase, so you know exactly what you will pay for your financing. Affirm does not charge any hidden fees, including annual fees.

Why is my Affirm interest rate so high?

When Affirm determines your annual percentage rate (APR), it evaluates a number of factors, including your credit score and other data about you. If you finance future purchases with Affirm, you may be eligible for a lower APR depending on your financial situation at the time of purchase.

This APR calculator will give you an idea of how much interest you actually pay:

When you consider Affirm financing, carefully evaluate the loan terms that Affirm offers you and determine whether the monthly payments fit your budget.

How is interest on an Affirm loan calculated?

Affirm calculates the annual percentage rate (APR) of a loan using simple interest, which equals the rate multiplied by the loan amount and by the number of months the loan is outstanding.

This model differs from compound interest, in which the interest expense is calculated on the loan amount and the accumulated interest on the loan from previous periods. Think about compound interest as "interest on interest," which can increase the loan amount. Credit cards, for example, use compound interest to calculate the interest expense on outstanding credit card debt.

Q1: What devices can the DELTA Max(2000)’s AC output port power?

A: With 2400W rated power, the DELTA Max(2000)’s AC output port can power most household appliances. It can support even 3400W appliances with X-Boost on. Before you use it, we recommend that you confirm the power of the appliances first and ensure the power sum of all loaded appliances is lower than the rated power.

Q2: How long can the DELTA Max(2000) charge my devices?

A: The charging time is shown on the product’s LCD Screen, which can be used to estimate the charging time of most appliances with stable power usage.

Q3: How does the Emergency Power Supply (EPS) work?

A: When your portable power station is plugged into the wall, any electronics plugged into it are powered from the grid and not its battery. When power from the grid stops, as in a blackout, the power station automatically switches to battery power within 30ms.

Q4: How many charges before it goes below 80%?

A: When talking about the cycle life of DELTA Max (800 cycles to 80% capacity), it's hard to say how many charges that will take for it to reach the 80% capacity. Because charge cycle is a complete charge(100%) and discharge(0%) on a rechargeable battery (going from 100% to 0%). However, the number of battery cycles does not mean the number of charges.
If the battery is only partially discharged, and still has battery power remaining, it won't count as a battery cycle when recharged, and what is calculated is the cumulative discharge. For example, if you discharge the battery from 100% to 50%, and the next time, you discharge it from 50% to 0%, and then that counts as one battery cycle. And if you discharge the battery to 50% then charge it to 100%, this also doesn't count as a cycle.
If every time you use the power station you discharge it from 100% to 0%, that will be 800 charges to reach the 80% capacity. But if you don't do that, then the number is hard to be determined.

Q5: If I plug DELTA Max into the wall at one end and electrical appliances at the other end and use DELTA Max as an emergency power supply, will DELTA Max get charged continuously and therefore, decrease its lifespan significantly?

A: If you use DELTA Max as an EPS, the power that is running your devices is coming from the grid directly not DELTA Max. The power flows through the power station to your device(AC power will come from the grid and not the power station in this situation). In this mode the power station isn't charging nor using its own battery to run the device. In case of a sudden blackout, DELTA Max can automatically switch to the battery powered supply mode within 30ms.
The EPS mode is totally safe for your power station as long as you follow the instructions provided in the manual when using it and it won't reduce the life span.

Q6: How is the station affected by temperatures at or below 32 degrees? Could I charge it outside with the solar panel or even store it outside at these temperatures?

A: The optimal operating temperature for DELTA Max is 68°F to 86°F.
But it can be discharged at any temperature between -4°F to 113°F, and it can be charged at any temperature between 32°F to 113°F. Temperatures above or below the recommended range will affect your power station's ability to charge and discharge normally. So if you want to charge it in winter, make sure it is not below 32°F.
We suggest you store DELTA Max at temperature between -4°F to 113°F, to avoid damaging it also for safety reasons. Also if you want to store outside, make sure to keep it away from water, heat, and other metal objects. And follow the storage instruction provided in the manual to prevent any damage or issues .

Q7: I am thinking of getting a DELTA max to take on overnight ice fishing or hunting trips, would it be able to power a heater and my cpap machine?

A: DELTA Max's ability to run these devices depends on their specifications(wattage/voltage/current). If the specifications are within DELTA Max's AC output (2400W total [Surge 5000W[), then in theory it should be able to run them.
We have tested DELTA Max on a 40W CPAP and it was able to run it using AC output ports for 34 hrs. We also tested it on a 2200W electric heater and it was able to run it using AC output ports for 0.8 hrs.
You can contact our CS team at this email, with the specifications of your heater and CPAP, and they will help you check if DELTA Max is compatible with them.
Since you want to take it on ice fishing trips, you have to keep in mind that the products isn't waterproof and you need to keep it dry. And note that DELTA Max can only function under certain temperature levels. Discharge temperature : -4°F to 113°F , and Charge temperature : 32°F to 113°F.
Anything above or lower than that range will affect the power station's ability to charge and discharge.

Q7: I am looking to buy a generator to take to the ranch. I want to be able to power a small window AC unit and a mini fridge. Would the DELTA max suffice to run the mini fridge during the day and the AC at night?

A: The ability of DELTA Max to run the devices and the duration of running the devices depends on the specifications (wattage/voltage/current) of the air conditioning unit and the fridge.
We have tested DELTA Max on a 60W mini fridge (car fridge) and it was able to run it for 33hrs using DC output ports. We have also tested it on a 120W fridge, and it was able to run it for 14hrs using AC output ports. And we also used DELTA Max to run a 1800W air conditioner using AC output, and DELTA Max managed to run it for 1 hour.
You can contact our customer support on this email and provide them with the specifications of the devices you want to power, and they will help you check if DELTA Max is compatible with the devices and your needs.

Q8: Does this battery allow it to be used while charging? I want to use it on a food truck, the battery would provide power to my appliances during the day but I also want it to be charging with my solar panels?

A: Yes, you can use the DELTA max while it is charging using solar panels.

Q9: What cable do I need to get to connect two 110W solar panels to my DELTA max?

A: If you want to connect the solar panels in series, you will just need EF Solar Charging Cable (MC4 to XT60 Solar Cable) which comes with the power station when you purchase it. But if you wish to connect them in parallel, then you will need to purchase Solar MC4 Parallel Connection Cable (which you can find on our official website).
Also we do not recommend that you only use 2 sets of EF 110W solar panels to charge DELTA Max, as it will take a very long time for it to charge. We suggest you use minimum 3 sets of EF 110W solar panels, or 2 sets of EF 160W solar panels.
Please keep in mind that the recommendations made above are applicable for EF solar panels. If you are using a third party solar panel, then make sure the specification of the solar panel meets the requirement of the power station and the connector of the solar panel is MC4 type. Also note that our products already have an MPPT board inside that controls solar charge, so if the third party solar panel has a separate controller, it might affect the solar charge.

Q10: Does the DELTA max use pure sine wave? I want to connect it to my pellet stove that requires pure sine wave.

A: DELTA Max's AC output is pure sine wave, 2400W total (surge 5000W).
So you can use it with your stove, as long as the specifications of the stove matches DELTA Max's AC output.
